To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.

Momentum Media AB primarily operates as a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) webshop and sells products worldwide.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccuracies that may occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock shortages. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Prices

All prices are stated including VAT, where applicable.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

For international orders outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

All payments are handled securely through our payment providers.

If invoice payment is requested, customer service approval is required. A standard credit check may be performed before approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of purchase and shown before checkout.

For uncollected or undeliverable parcels (e.g. due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the shipment), Momentum Media AB reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 350 to cover handling and shipping costs.

Product Information

We cannot guarantee that product images perfectly reflect the actual appearance or color of the items. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing differences.

Momentum Media AB reserves the right to update or modify product specifications, design, or appearance without prior notice.

Returns & Complaints

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Momentum Media AB, the matter shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
