Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide (except to Australia, and New Zealand) from Sweden. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 2–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All applicable costs are shown before payment.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact customer service before returning any items.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping after approval.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 20 days after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Please contact us at shop@hacks4wellness.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order. We'll help you resolve the issue.
