Below you’ll find information about how delivery works at Hacks4Wellness Shop.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Approximate delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International (outside EU): 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Delays & Responsibility

Hacks4Wellness Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Refunds for returned packages will be issued according to our Return Policy.
