Right of Withdrawal

As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen).


How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please wait for confirmation and follow the return instructions provided by our customer service before sending any items back.

When requesting a return, please include:

  • Name used for the order

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Order date

  • Payment method used


Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Not contain any additional labels, tape, or markings

We recommend using the same outer packaging that your order arrived in.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • If all items in the order are returned, the refund includes:

    • The product price

    • The original shipping cost

  • If only part of the order is returned, the refund includes:

    • The returned product(s) only

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 20 days of an approved return.


Complaints (Defective or Damaged Products)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within a reasonable time, and no later than 14 days after receipt.

Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier or pickup location.

For approved complaints:

  • Momentum Media AB covers the return shipping cost

  • This must always be approved by customer service before returning the item


Business Customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act does not apply to business purchases.
Orders placed for business purposes are considered B2B transactions, even if paid privately.
